Product Overview
Grade 80 / Grade 100 Chain Slings are configurable below-the-hook lifting assemblies designed for industrial rigging applications. The product range includes Grade 80 and Grade 100 chain and can be supplied in one-leg, two-leg, three-leg and four-leg configurations.
Assemblies can incorporate master links, shortening hooks and other suitable rigging components according to the required lifting arrangement. Test certificates can also be supplied as part of the assembly documentation.
Unlike a single fixed lifting product, chain slings are normally configured according to the load, number of legs, lifting geometry and application. The appropriate chain grade and assembly arrangement therefore need to be selected according to the specific working requirement.
These chain sling assemblies are suitable for industrial lifting, heavy-load rigging, crane operations and other below-the-hook applications. They can form part of a complete lifting system together with cranes, hoists, shackles and other rigging equipment.
The final working-load capacity depends on the selected chain size, grade, number of legs and lifting configuration. For this reason, the website should treat the product as a configurable solution rather than assigning one universal working-load value.
Customers can provide their required load capacity, number of legs, lifting arrangement and application through the RFQ form. LoadX can then recommend the appropriate Grade 80 or Grade 100 chain sling assembly and provide the relevant technical documentation and test certification.
